To make sure every order feels seamless, here are the guidelines we follow for our flowers, deliveries, and workshops.
Flower Availability & Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal by nature, and sometimes a specific bloom or color may not be available.

If that happens, our designers will substitute with something equally beautiful, fresh, and in the same style/color palette you chose.

We’ll never compromise on quality or design—we promise your arrangement will be stunning.
Delivery Policy

Local Delivery Only (for now): We currently deliver throughout Wake, Johnston, and Harnett counties.

Deliveries are typically made [hours of delivery, e.g., 10am–6pm] on your chosen date.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we do our best to accommodate special requests.

If the recipient isn’t home, flowers may be left in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor.
Pickup Policy

Orders must be picked up within the scheduled window to ensure flowers stay fresh.
Non-Local Shipping

We’re working on FedEx shipping for customers outside our local area!

Pricing, availability, and delivery windows will be announced soon.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly.

You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime with at least 14 days notice before your next scheduled delivery.

If you’re traveling, you can gift your bouquet to a friend instead—just let us know the delivery address.
Workshops & Events

Workshop tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend if you can’t attend.

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or emergencies, you’ll receive a full credit for a future workshop.
Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at checkout for all orders.

Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once your order has been designed.

If there is ever an issue with your flowers, please reach out within 24 hours so we can make it right.
